Crowhurst Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
Notes of Meeting held on Monday 5 November 2018 at 7.00pm
in Crowhurst Village Hall
Present:                 Chris Davidson, Ros Day (Chair), Tracy Hoad,  Sonia Plato, Diane Stainsby, Willy                                                    Wilson, Pat Buckle

In Attendance:      None
Ros Day opened the meeting and thanked everyone for attending.
1.         Declaration of Interests
1.1.      All present declared an interest as residents of Crowhurst.
2.            Notes of Previous Meeting held on 2 October 2018 - Approved.
2.1       Matters Arising
                Chris Davidson reported that the Memorandum of Understanding had been redrafted following comments received from Hannah Diment and these had been sent to her for agreement. The final car park Impact Assessment and design had been received.
3.            Submission of Final NP Documents
                Ros Day reported that a clearer copy of the Parish area had been produced; an amalgamation of all maps had been completed; the SEA (Strategic Environmental Assessment) had been received from Ashley Wynn expanding the summary slightly and Ros Day would add this; the car park design to be added; Ashley Wynn had sent the final site assessments to Chris Davidson today.  The meeting approved the final documents and it was agreed that Ros Day would arrange for 6 copies of the main plan, SEA, and consultations to be printed if Parish Council also approve the submission. Two copies to be sent to Rother District Council (RDC) and four copies for the village.
4.            Consultation Events
                RDC plan to start the consultation on 7 December 2018 and Ros Day had emailed members with some possible dates for village consultation events, which would probably be held in January 2019. Ros Day will let members know the final dates after checking the availability of the village hall. 
5.            Street Champions
                Diane Stainsby agreed to contact the Street Champions with a view to arranging for them to deliver flyers containing the dates of the consultation events to every household in the village
6.            Art Project
                Chris Davidson reported that he and Valerie Grove attended a Crowhurst Community Arts Fund (CCAF) Committee meeting last week and received a positive response to the suggestion of an Art Project to commemorate the NP.  Valerie Grove had produced a design depicting a spoked wheel and is sending it to CCAF for comment.  Chris Davidson stated that there was some money from Broadstock which could be used.
7.            Date of Next Meeting – Monday 3 December 2018 at 7.30pm in Crowhurst Village Hall.
The meeting closed at 7.30pm.
